She is involved in UIL debate and the nursing program, where she is working on her LVN certification. Merideth's future plans are to become an RN in a pediatric unit. Also, Merideth wants to travel and see the world.
One of Merideth's teachers said that "Meredith has consistently been a major contributor to our class. She is always thinking outside the box and willing to view topics from multiple perspectives as a part of class discussions. She makes our class better!"
Kayla Lozano is the sophomore daughter of Ramon and Karina Lozano. She plays basketball, volleyball and softball. She enjoys shopping and spending time with her family. Kayla's future plans are to attend South Plains College and pursue a degree in architecture.
One of Kayla's teachers said, "Kayla comes to class prepared every day with a smile on her face. She's a leader in the classroom, stays on task and is a great artist who goes above and beyond on her art pieces, putting in extra work. She's a delight to have in class and very respectful.
