Mrs. Martha Lopez was nominated for a Cowgirl Compliment!! Her two student nominators said, "She is always trying to make everything clean, straight, and tidy" and "Mrs. Martha deserves a compliment because she cleans our classrooms and hallways very well. Mr. Cleveland and Mr. Foote both received a Cowboy Compliment! Mr. Cleveland's nominator said, "This guy cares about his students and his students care about him. Every interaction I had with Chris he was either doing something for his students or bragging about them." Mr. Foote's nominator said, "Mr. Foote worked with my wife and I to help a student show her pigs. So very helpful no matter the need. Definitely went above and beyond his job duties." I can see the love her students have for her on their faces. She is not only a rock star in 2nd grade, but she is always willing to lend a helping hand to staff members, tutor other grades, and help out with high school UIL. She has been a great mentor to me personally and it has been wonderful having her as a co-teacher even though we are in separate realms of the school.
