Plains High School is excited to announce the January Students of the Month. Noami Guerra is the junior daughter of Joey and LeighAnna Guerra. She is a member of the Cowboy band and is on the UIL social studies and current events teams. Her hobbies are coloring and drawing. Noami's future plan is to become a Flight for Life paramedic because she wants to help people in need. One of Noami's teachers said that she "contributes to the class with her willingness to openly talk about topics. She prepares well and is consistently one of my top performers. Noami is a joy to have in my class." ​Gael Lozano is the junior son of Zacarias and Patricia Lozano. Gael participates in UIL math and social studies, is a member of the National Honor Society, and is on the powerlifting team. He likes to hang out with friends and family. His future plan is to become a dermatologist. One of Gael's teachers said, "Gael's hard work, quest for knowledge, and attention to detail put him at the top of the class. He turns in outstanding work and does whatever it takes to succeed. He makes teaching fun and worthwhile." Plains High School is extremely proud to call these two our Students of the Month!
