7th through 12th grade will be on the Lunch Incentive schedule. How do students get a long lunch? They have to have perfect attendance. 1. Every Friday, lunch will be extended by 30 min for every student that has perfect attendance. 7th and 8th grade Students will have 30 min of rec time before lunch. On HS Pep Rally Fridays or Fridays off, the incentive day will be Thursday. 2. What does Perfect Attendance mean: a. Being at school everyday b. If you have a doctor’s note, you will continue to have it excused, but you will not have an extended lunch. c. If you have a note from a parent, you will continue to have it excused, but you will not have an extended lunch. d. If you have a tardy, you will not be able to have an extended lunch. e. If you have a school event and miss a day, you will still qualify for an extended lunch. f. JH Students that a missing work, will have to report to class. 3. Students that do not have an extended lunch will report to the assigned Cowboy Period.

Volleyball Denver City Tournament tomorrow's schedule

Plains ISD will have a school holiday Friday, August 30th and Monday September 2nd, Labor Day. Classes will resume on Tuesday, September 3rd.
