Plains Elementary Student of the Week for Procedures/Expectations is Kindergarten student Emilia Aguilar. Plains Elementary Library student of the Week is Ms. Hix’s entire 1st grade class! Congratulations to these students!!

Cowgirls fought hard today at the Denver City Tournament. They ended up 4th in the tournament. Great job Cowgirls!

Cowgirls lose 1st set to Plainview 25-20

Variety Cowgirls will play Plainview for 3rd @ 4:30.

Great job Cross Country at the Lubbock Christian Meet! The boys got 1st overall as a team. sawyer and Jhoan winning 1st as a pair. The girls got top 10 as a team and Kiley and Yelly got 2nd overall as a pair. Over 30 schools there. 1A - 5A

Cowgirls splits sets with Klondike and won the 3rd set for the win!! 25-27, 25-19, 25-23. With that win the Cowgirls will face Denver City or Midland Christian in the Semifinals at 3:15!!

JV volleyball defeated Lbk High 9th Gold team 25-17, 25-21. Next game will be at 2:15pm against the winner of Tascosa and Caprock.

Cowgirls defeat Big Spring 25-23, 25-22 this morning in the Gold bracket of the DC tournament. Will play the winner of Levelland or Klondike.

Plains ISD would like to Thank the Class of 2022 for funding the repainting of the Plains Star. We also like to Thank our local artist and Plains Graduate Kassie Bunton for taking on the project and repainting it. It looked Great, last night!!! #plainsproud
