The October High School Student of the Month is senior Angel Lozano. Angel is an excellent student who makes his teachers proud. He is planning to attend Tarleton State University in the fall to major in biomedical science. He then wants to earn his Master's degree and become a physician's assistant. Angel is in National Honor Society, on the football team, a member of the math UIL team, and also participates in powerlifting.
One of Angel's teachers said that Angel "always goes above and beyond on every assignment," and he is "willing to put in the hard work to be a successful student."
Angel says that he "is a firm believer in hard work and leadership." We are extremely proud of Angel for his hard work and leadership at Plains High School, and we are happy to celebrate his accomplishments.
