Nineteen students from Plains High School competed at Odessa Permian on February 27 for their last out of town competition before district on April 1st. The team will compete in Plains this weekend (March 6th) against several teams from around the state. The Math/Science team placed second overall. The calculator, mathematics, and computer science teams brought home the 1st place trophies for their events. BJ Barbour, Forrest Booth, Cynthia Rodriguez, Austin Taylor, and Jeffery Barrientes competed very well for the Cowboy and Cowgirl team.
