Plains UIL Math Science Team goes to Lubbock Coronado

The Plains High School Math and Science Team travelled to Lubbock Coronado this past Halloween to compete against 12 other 1A to 3A schools and ended up in 2nd place overall. The number sense team placed 6th. The calculator team finished 1st. The Plains math team finished 1st. The science team finished 5th. Senior Nathan McCravey was the top score in mathematics among all the area small schools.
