Please enclose a money order/check of $2 for each transcript, due at time of request. Students who are current seniors will not need to pay for transcripts.  The fee applies to former students.  The application will be processed within 3 business days.

Records must be requested by the person if over 18 years. Records sent to a home will not be official.  Official transcripts shall be mailed to the institution.

 

Seniors:

Transcripts for college applications will either be sent electronically via TREX or by mail (to those colleges which do not accept electronic documents).  Transcript request forms are available in the Secondary Campus Office.  Students must get the counselor's signature before submitting the transcript request.

  • Initial Transcripts = Transcripts that only include work completed prior to the start of 12th grade.
  • Mid-Year Transcripts = Transcripts that include senior year grades after the completion of Fall semester.  (Please allow 3 weeks to be verified before requesting.)
  • Final Transcripts = Transcripts that show you have graduated from PISD.  (Please allow 3 weeks to be verified before being sent to final college of choice.)
